Course Description

Overview of industry-related content of Family and Consumer Sciences programs.  Meets teacher certification requirements.

(The following are developed by The Curriculum Center for Family and Consumer Sciences at Texas Tech University)  Students will purchase the three reference books based upon the three modules selected to complete.Students are expected to purchase textbooks prior to class beginning!

Course Prerequisites
HMS 372 or consent of instructor.

Before the Course Begins
