Course Description
Focuses on creating a positive, productive classroom climate which builds self-discipline and which fosters responsibility and citizenship in middle level learners. Prerequisite MLG 540.

Course Prerequisites
Completion of SFA MLG 540.

Course Format and Participation Requirements
The format for this course includes scheduled assignments and deadlines, offline reading assignments, online readings. and participation using web pages, email, discussion boards, chat and quizzes. All written assignments will be submitted electronically in html format.

On-campus or Face-to-Face Meeting Requirements
None.

Course Assessment
Students will earn their grades for this course through discussion board postings. chats, quizzes, and completing a philosophy paper and work samples as required by SFASU's College of Education.
