Many users have been experiencing problems with using Java 6.0 and myCourses. The solution to this problem is to uninstall Java 6.0 and to install a previous version. Follow the steps below to accomplish this:

Uninstalling Java 6.0
1. Go to Start->Control Panel->Add and Remove Programs.
2. Find "J2SE Runtime Environment 6.0 Update 1," highlight it, and click the Remove button. Click Yes to uninstall.

Installing Java 5.0
1. Download the installation file here. 2. Run the installation, accepting all defaults.
